Rang up AGG and they were available asap to take out the old motor and replace it with one that's much quieter and works like a charm.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After persistent issues with door in our new home in Healesville, Bill came out to repair. He was punctual and communication was great at all times.

Not only did he fix the door issue, he also installed a remote opener and programmed it for me. I should add that this was not a purchase through AGG, nor was the price altered to reflect this. Absolutely amazing service for the price quoted.

From the very beginning, their customer service was excellent. They asked for photos upfront to help their technicians prepare, which I really appreciated. On the day, technicians Nick and Travis arrived promptly and were absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and honest.
I was worried I might need a whole new motor, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without any unnecessary upselling. I’m incredibly grateful for their honesty and efficiency.

Phoned back promptly. Technician, Seb, very agreeable and did everything I wanted even adjusting pool spring on gate. Everything working well. Garage door very old and arms walk down to close. Seb gave me a quote to replace arms but said garage door not used a lot and would last for a while. Very satisfied. Job well done and efficiently. Thanks very much.

Prompt scheduling of technician’s visit via very pleasant contact with telephone receptionist. Please note – we prefer personal contact rather than booking online. 2. Technician (Sebastian) called about 20 mins before appointed time to confirm the time of his arrival – excellent! 3. The requested general service was carried out, but also the technician used his initiative to instal a device to make the door close better and more quietly. Much appreciated. In summary, we were extremely happy with the service visit – both for the technician’s expertise and his pleasant manner. Thank you. Very happy with the service provided. I rang on Monday after google search for garage remote repair/replacement; Leanne organised a technician on Tuesday morning which arrived on time. Within one hour job was done, he was very professional and the price was very reasonable, a pleasant surprise. Our garage door is now working perfectly again with new motor and remote controls.
