Technician (Sebastian) called about 20 mins before appointed time to confirm the time of his arrival – excellent! 3. The requested general service was carried out, but also the technician used his initiative to instal a device to make the door close better and more quietly. Much appreciated. In summary, we were extremely happy with the service visit – both for the technician’s expertise and his pleasant manner. Thank you. Within one hour job was done, he was very professional and the price was very reasonable, a pleasant surprise. Our garage door is now working perfectly again with new motor and remote controls.
